Scouting Band 6 leagues as a League Two club almost seems quite ridiculous. However, with the tools available, for a fairly modest sum, it is possible to get quite a good idea of some players that could potentially really help, on the right budget for your club as well.

Tamble Monteiro is one such player who, despite playing in Band 6, gets an ESC because of previously playing at Band 2 level within the reference period. This eligibility stretches into the summer window, but he is one that would require a fee as he is not out of contract.

As a result, he may be beyond many League Two clubs, but perhaps not all. Also, there are further clues in this report of some players in the same league who may well be worth looking at if you want a Power Forward type. The question is, are they available on ESC?
