Who could yet get a move as a full GBE work permit?

My experience working in clubs tells me that this stage of the window very rarely do names come from nowhere and end up being signed.

The amount of work that goes into new signings in terms of video analysis, sourcing references, negotiation of terms, getting clearance from various parties in the club, getting the finances in order etc. makes it quite difficult to sign players from scratch in this time frame.

What does often happen though is that things change as regards players that might already be in your system. Terms are lowered, or they suddenly become available, or your target list changes.

Most of the names we list here are players we have watched before or may even have mentioned in articles or on podcasts, but they are players that haven’t yet made a move.

All of the players pass GBE, so these do not require an ESC slot. That could be key, especially for those clubs who have very few or no slots to use.
