Harry Spinks kicks off 2026 with a banger on the Band 2 league with the highest technical level

We are kicking off 2026 as we mean to go on, by providing helpful, entertaining, and thought provoking content in the GBE/ESC space.
The first week of January will see a piece per day being published on the GBE Expert Hub, and we begin with Harry Spinks and his Portuguese update. Harry has given an update for every Primeira Liga team but also provided a Summer 2026 contract expiry player to follow.
The series will continue with looks into Japan, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and then finish with the launch of something totally new for 2026!
Primeira Liga Update (December 2025)
We are now halfway through the season in Portugal, so let’s take stock of how every team has fared so far, as well as a look at some players who will be out of contract soon. All players mentioned are on contracts that expire in June 2026.
