The messing around of the transfer window to allow the Club World Cup teams to bolster their squads before the tournament has now come to an end, and we have seen some domestic clubs add to their numbers in this little period.
In fairness, a lot of the shenanigans have been taking place in the managerial market. There are still half-a-dozen teams who do not have a permanent head coach or manager in charge of first team affairs. Surely this will be of utmost importance now for these clubs to fill these positions by the time that the recruitment window re-opens…though that is actually only six days away.

There will be a number of clubs in the domestic system who will not only be looking to recruit new players over the summer, but new staff also.
It is a topic which I intend to return to as soon as time permits, but it is interesting to note the recent appointments that have been made.
