This is the first weekly player report for pro subscribers. Our league in focus in the bulletin this week was the Chilean Primeira Division, and our report is on one of the stars from that league.

Our early focus at The GBE Expert Hub scouting department has been players coming out of contract, and Gonzalo Tapia fit that criteria. The problem is that many of the OOC players have offers on the table already. Tapia has been heavily linked to River Plate in Argentina, which does, at least demonstrate his quality.
