Get Ahead On GBE: Subscriber Exclusive Offer
Live sessions with Andy, starting in September 2025 to June 2026
There’s much going on down at GBEEH HQ this autumn. You will find out much more about it next week when I produce a news-based email (it’ll be more entertaining than that sounds I promise!) but, for now, I just wanted to send you out something that concentrates on the “Get Ahead on GBE” seminar series.
What is “Get Ahead on GBE”?
I have been doing a lot of thinking over the summer about how best to impart what we know about GBE and ESC to give maximum opportunity for people to learn what they need to know.
Having worked in a recruitment department, albeit as a consultant, I understand that every department works differently, but there is defintely also a flow to the season.
This exact time is a bit of a lull, especially this season after a mammoth summer window, but come the end of the month, plans are put in place for the season as a whole in terms of where recruitment teams want to look.
We can definitely help with that, which is why the first session is on 25th September.
The first session will begin with detailed information about GBE and ESC, and then move onto where we currently are with it, what information was gleaned over the summer about how the UK market is using the work permit system, and what that should mean about the processes employed moving forwards.
This isn’t just a session for clubs. This is for any professionals working in football. Agents, both domestic and foreign, people in law firms, scouts, recruitment staff, journalists, and, even, fanalysts, could learn the appropriate information from the session.
December, February 2026, & June 2026
The remaining sessions are also themed.
WC 8th December - January window prep and information from previous winter windows
WC 16th February 2026 - Winter Window GBE/ESC learnings & summer planning
WC 1st June 2026 - Update on GBE Rules for 2026/27 season
All sessions are virtual and will be recorded to send to participants afterwards.
Entry to each individual session will cost £40, but you can buy all four for £120, making it £30 per session. Sessions will take place in the evening and last for one hour, plus questions from delegates.
However.
Any pro subscribers to the GBE Expert Hub will get 10% off the price of any booking, which makes it a potential £108 for all four sessions.
The places are very limited to ensure good participation and a focused group. It is open for any professional with an interest in improving their knowledge around GBE and ESC.
Everyone reading this post is likely to have that desire to expand their knowledge, and you guys will know that the information delivered in this session is unlike anything that you will get anywhere else, and no-one else offers the level of knowledge and detail that will form part of these sessions.
Even if these sessions don’t interest you individually, it would be great if you could bear me in mind when speaking to others in the industry about recruitment in the UK.
How do you sign-up?
Booking your place on any of the sessions is easy.
Simply either comment below with which sessions you want to attend, or send me a message/email with the details.
Payment details are not required to book your space.
Next week I will give a full rundown of the improvements to the Hub, but needless to say, your subscriptions will become even better value for money, but there will be new opportunities as well!
I hope that you are enjoying your journey with the GBE Expert Hub so far.
